ينبغي تقديم العروض داخل مغلفين حيث يجب أن يكون كل مغلف مغلق وممهور بختم العارض. يجب كتابة اسم طلب العروض على كل مغلف. يكتب على المغلف الأول ( الرقم 1) العرض الفني والّذي يحتوي الوثائق المطلوبة للعرض الفني من أصل (وعليها علامة واضحة 'النسخة الأصلية') وثلاث نسخ (عليها علامات واضحة 'نسخة') بالإضافة إلى النسخ الإلكترونية (CDs), ويمكن إضافة أية كتالوجات و المنشورات الفنية. أما المغلف الثاني (الرقم 2) فيحتوي على العرض المالي من أصل (وعليها علامة واضحة 'النسخة الأصلية') وثلاث نسخ (عليها علامات واضحة 'نسخة'). في حال وجود أي تناقض بينهما، فإن النسخة الأصلية هي التي ستسود. ينبغي أن يوضع المغلفين في مغلف ثالث أكبر يكتب عليه اسم المورد وعنوانه، وموضوع العرض.
Translation - English Content of the Offer:
Bids should be submitted within two SEALED and STAMPED envelopes on each one there must be written the name of the subject of bid. The First envelope shall be addressed as (No.1)/ Technical Offer which shall contain the required documents for technical offer: one original document (clearly marked as Original) and three copies (clearly marked as Copy), beside the softcopy as CD. It is also possible to enclose related catalogues and technical publications. The second envelope (No. 2)/ Financial Offer which shall contain the required documents for financial offer: one original document (clearly marked as Original) and three copies (clearly marked as Copy). In case of contradiction, the Original document will be considered. The two envelopes should be placed altogether into a bigger third envelope on which the name of the bidder, his address, and subject of bid are to be written.
