Investire in Borsa? Conviene? Possiamo dire che oggi investire in borsa è diventata una grande tentazione anche per chi un tempo era un accanito sostenitore dell'investimento sicuro e anche fruttifero come lo erano i buoni statali. Oggi dati i bassi tassi di interesse il piccolo investitore vede il suo guadagno notevolmente diminuito e la borsa diventa una possibile soluzione e un nuovo sbocco per effettuare nuovi investimenti con la possibilità di un'alto tasso remunerativo se ben amministrati. Per chi volesse cimentarsi personalmente nell'investire un capitale in borsa, cercheremo anche nelle prossime pagine, di darvi qualche suggerimento su quali criteri e quali titoli è bene tenere d'occhio per non rischiare di perdere tutto il proprio capitale.

Sconsigliamo vivamente i warrant specialmente a chi non ha molto tempo da dedicare all'informazione sulle quotazioni dei warrant o dei titoli e sopratutto a chi investe in borsa piccoli capitali, in quanto si rischia in un solo giorno di vedersi dimezzati tutte le somme investite in warrant, o peggio si rischia di perdere tutto il capitale investito. Questo perchè mentre con le azioni acquistate quote di società, il warrant è una scommessa: voi puntate che un determinato titolo azionario alla scadenza del warrant arrivi alla somma indicata: se vincerete la scommessa il vostro capitale sarà notevolmente aumentato, altrimenti perderete tutto. Potete tuttavia, negoziare il warrant prima della scadenza in questo caso potremmo assistere a variazioni di quotazione anche superiori al 50% (negative o positive).
Prima di prendere qualsiasi decisione su quali titoli comprare è bene essere consapevoli che l'investimento azionario è di per se un investimento a rischio in quanto acquistando azioni, comprate quote di società e puntate sulle capacità di queste imprese di produrre utili e distribuire dividendi ai propri azionisti. Investite sulle capacità che avranno i dirigenti di quella società di dare maggiore valore all'impresa e alle azioni. Se ciò non accadrà il valore delle azioni scenderà.
Quali azioni acquistare? Va detto che molto dipende dal tipo di somma che si vuole investire e dal tipo di rischio che si vuole correre. Chi non vuole rischiare si può rivolgere ai fondi comuni d'investimento specializzati in azioni: il guadagno sarà un po più basso che comprando direttamente in Borsa, ma i rischi sono minori. Molto spesso infatti sentiamo notizie su crolli da parte di azioni che oltre al valore del titolo si portano via anche grosse somme di denaro investite da risparmiatori che avrebbero desiderato tutt'altro. Online Child Safety
Welcome to Viva Piñata™, the game that allows your child to create their very own garden, attract and accessorize more than 60 varieties of Piñata animals, as well as even trade their customized Piñatas with their friends on Xbox Live™!
We know that as a concerned parent/guardian, you want your child to be as safe as possible, whether that’s in the everyday world or the world of online gaming. Xbox 360™ offers a variety of Family Settings, so your kids can enjoy Xbox Live while you rest easy knowing that they will encounter only the players and activities that you deem appropriate.
Six Steps for Online Safety
Before your child joins the Xbox Live community, make sure that you have discussed the following six points with them:
1 Don’t give out your age, name, or location or any other personal information, even things that may seem innocent like the name of your school or your favorite sports teams.
2 Don’t agree to meet someone offline (in person or on the phone) that you have met online.
3 Think of gamers that you have not met in person as strangers.
4 Don’t have private chats with people that you have met online.
5 Don’t accept images from anyone online that you do not know.
6 Involve your parents/guardians in your online gameplay.
Join Xbox Live:
Child Membership
While Viva Piñata offers a wealth of offline fun, an Xbox Live membership allows your child to trade Piñatas with other players, view other players’ gardens, download exclusive content, and fully utilize all of the game’s many unique features.
Your first step to allow your child to play Viva Piñata online is to create an Xbox Live membership for them. You can create an Xbox Live account for your child on your Xbox 360 or online at http://www.xbox.com/.
To create an Xbox Live membership for your child on the Xbox 360:
1 Make sure that your Xbox 360 console is connected to Xbox Live.
2 You’ll need two Windows Live™ ID accounts: an Adult Windows Live ID and a Windows Live ID for your child. . Note: If you do not have a Windows Live ID account, you can create them through Xbox Live during the sign-up process for your child. You may already have a Windows Live ID account if you have any of the following: a Hotmail account, an MSN account, or an Xbox.com account.
3 Turn on your system with no game disc in the tray.
4 >From the Xbox Live area of the Xbox Dashboard, select Join Xbox Live, and follow the onscreen instructions. Here you will create your child’s gamertag (or choose a new one if that name is unavailable). Note: When prompted for the e-mail address and password associated with a Windows Live ID account, create (or supply details for) your child’s account first.
5 As the parent or legal guardian of the Xbox Live account holder, you’ll be asked permission for your child to join. Accept the permission request.
6 When prompted, create (or provide) your own Windows Live ID account.
7 When prompted, select the desired membership type for your child from the list of options. Note: The Viva Piñata trading feature is available to both Xbox Live Silver and Xbox Live Gold members.
8 Follow the remaining steps: enter a contact address, choose your child’s Xbox Live Gamer Zone, set communication preferences for Xbox 360 promotions, and select a time zone and daylight-savings option.
9 You and your child are now ready to utilize all of the great features of
Xbox Live!
To create an Xbox Live membership for your child online at http://www.xbox.com/:
1 Go to: http://www.xbox.com/ and select Sign In, and then select
Register Now.
2 Follow the instructions and create your child’s account as you would in the steps above. Once you have created the account, you can give the gamertag and Windows Live ID to your child so they can move the account to their Xbox 360.
3 You and your child are now ready to utilize all of the great features of
Xbox Live!
Family Settings
Family Settings are customizable tools that help you to create a safer, more family-friendly gaming experience for your children. There are two components to Family Settings: console controls and Xbox Live controls. These controls come into play whenever the Xbox 360 is turned on and help you keep an eye not only on Xbox Live access, but games and movies as well.

Online Gameplay: Determine whether your child can play Xbox 360 games with other players on
Xbox Live.
Member Content: Decide whether your child can access content created by other people on Xbox Live. Member content includes images and text in games and gamer profiles.
Downloadable Content (DLC): Choose whether your child can download premium content from Xbox Live Marketplace. Premium content includes extra features for your existing games, as well as Xbox Live Arcade games. If you choose to block premium content, your child can still obtain free downloadable content.
New Online Friends: Manage approval of your child’s online friends. Other people on Xbox Live might want to add your child to their personal friends list. You can require these requests to be approved by you, or you can allow your child to approve them on his or her own.
Communications: Manage who your child can communicate with on Xbox Live. Communication on Xbox Live includes chat, messages, and game invites using voice, video, or text.
Gamer Profile Sharing: Decide who can see your child’s gamer profile. Your child’s gamer profile includes their motto and information about their online achievements and game history.
Gamer Profile Viewing: Decide whether your child can see other people’s gamer profiles. A gamer profile includes information about a member’s online achievements and game history. It can also contain a gamer’s motto, which may be inappropriate for children.

Online Status: Decide whether other people can see your child’s online status. If you allow others to see your child’s online status, they can see your child’s current online activity, such as the game they are playing and whether they are available to play a game.
