Born, raised and educated in northern Norway, with a Master's in music including teaching, choir direction, vocals, baroque flute, and church organist training. Wide experience as a choral arranger, writing and adapting music and lyrics for different ensembles, for my own use but also commisioned from others. Some of my work is published by Cantando music publishing.
Spending a year as a US high school foreign exchange student in the early 1990's really opened my eyes and ears to the English language. Worked as a tourist guide at the Norwegian national museum of musical instruments, Ringve, providing guided tours in three languages (Norwegian/English/German), also specialising in tours for school children. Along with my experience as a stage performer, conductor and teacher this has given me a strong drive for the art of public speaking and the imparting of knowledge.
After 25 years of working with music, I would now like to focus ahead and make translation part of my livelihood.
