In February, we ended our annual XXXXX engagement survey with yet another impressive participation rate. 86%, more than 15,500 of us, made our voices heard in XXXXX 2022, which is a great indicator to me that engagement is a central driver for all of us when we go to work. I would like to thank you again for responding. Every year, the XXXXX survey provides us with invaluable information on the engagement level across countries and organisations, and your willingness to participate is highly appreciated. This year, as something new, we added questions to support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programme under the name ZZZZZ, and I am glad that, going forward, we are now able to measure our ability to be inclusive. Having an inclusive workplace creates higher engagement and is a key driver for everyone’s ability to perform well and thrive at work. Therefore, this is of course also of the utmost importance to me.
XXXXX Results
The XXXXX results point towards the areas where we are doing well and the areas where we could do even better as a company. I am happy to see that again this year, we have improved our overall engagement and have now taken an important step into the top 50% of global companies working with the [Company Name] engagement index. The findings in 2022 show that we feel that we can use our key competencies at work, that most of us feel that we have the right conditions to perform well at work, and that we have strong confidence in the quality of the work delivered by our colleagues. We are still doing well on recognition, and many of us feel recognised for doing good work. Also, it is very positive that this year’s survey shows an increase in our core leadership skill rate compared to last year. The focus that many teams have had on individual development has had a positive impact, and more of you feel that you are getting feedback and experience that you learn and grow in your job.

I completed my internship at ES Language Services in 2018. I completed various translation projects in the field of marketing and transcreation during my internship period. After I graduated, I worked as a freelance translator for 5 months at Hızlıçeviri. After that period, I started to work as a project manager in Motto Translation in 2018. After one and a half years, I started to work at ADH Avrasya Dil Hizmetleri in 2020. I started to work at Hızlıçeviri as a Project manager in August 2021. I completed various translation, editing, and post-editing projects as well as project management and content writing in Hızlıçeviri. I wanted to be a freelance translator and registered as a freelancer at Hızlıçeviri in October 2023. I have had working experience in the translation sector for 5 years. This time frame, helped me to learn all the nuances of the translation process. I improved my communication skills as well as my translation, editing, and post-editing skills. I mostly translated in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Health, Human Resources, and Training. I have experience and awards in story writing. So, I comfortably imply that I have natural skills in writing, editing, and translating documents. I have professional knowledge of almost all computer-based translation tools.
