Source text - Czech Předkupní právo se odlišuje od práva zpětné koupě (§ 607 a násl. obč. zákoníku ) především tím, že oprávněný u předkupního práva může své právo vykonat jen v závislosti na předchozím splnění prvotního předpokladu, tj. při existenci vůle povinného předmět zcizit. U práva zpětné koupě není relevantní vůle povinného, jeho realizace je závislá jen na vůli oprávněného, tj. oprávněný se sám rozhoduje, kdy své právo vykoná.
