Source text - English SAFETY FUNCTIONS
The machine is equipped with the following safety functions: a breaker that prevents the machine from being used when the upper door is open; mechanical door interlocks, plus guards and doors to protect against dangerous intervention in the machine. The machine is also equipped with an emergency stop. The above safety functions must be checked regularly; see section on weekly inspection and maintenance.
AREA OF USE
The machine is a hydraulic baling press intended to compact voluminous materials such as cardboard, paper and plastic. The machine may only be used in areas that have a roof, protection against wind, and normal lighting.
Materials that pose a fire hazard or risk of explosion, such as pressurised containers or the like that could cause injury, damage, fire or explosion, must not be compacted in the machine.
CONTROL PANEL
Bale light – this light goes on when it is time to remove the bale from the machine.
Temperature lights
Blue lights indicate that the machine is cold. The machine can still be run.
Red light indicates that the machine is overheated and CANNOT be run until it has returned to normal temperature and the light has been extinguished.
Service light – the machine can continue to be run, but authorised service personal should be contacted.
Voltage light – this light indicates that the machine is supplied with power.
MAN – indicates that the machine is set for manual start. To start a compacting cycle, the start button must be pressed.
AUTO – indicates that the machine is set for automatic start. This means that the machine will start a compacting automatically when the upper door is closed.
Emergency stop – used when a compacting cycle must be stopped immediately.
Start – starts a compacting cycle (in connection with manual start).
Down arrow – used to lower the press plate. The press plate stops UNDER PRESSURE against the bale in its lower position (in connection with manual bale removal).
Up arrow – used to raise the press plate to its normal position.
Paper – indicates that the machine is set to high pressure to compact paper and cardboard.
Plastic – indicates that the machine is set to low pressure to compact plastic. See more under Technical data.
Bale size – indicates the selected bale size (small – medium – large).

Maskinen er udstyret med følgende sikkerhedsfunktioner: en afbryder som forhindrer brug af maskinen, når den øverste dør er åben; mekaniske dørlåse plus afskærmning og døre for at beskytte mod farlig intervention i maskinen. ANVENDELSESOMRÅDE
Maskinen er en hydraulisk ballepresse beregnet til sammenpresning af voluminøse materialer såsom pap, papir og plast. Maskinen må kun bruges i områder, der er overdækket, er beskyttet mod blæst og har normal belysning.
Materialer, som udgør en brandfare eller risiko for eksplosion, såsom beholdere under tryk eller lignende, som kan forårsage kvæstelse, beskadigelse, brand eller eksplosion, må ikke sammenpresses i maskinen.
KONTROLPANEL
Balle lys – dette lys tændes, når det er tid at fjerne ballen fra maskinen.
Temperatur lys
Blåt lys angiver, at maskinen er kold. Maskinen kan stadig betjenes.
Rødt lys angiver, at maskinen er overophedet og IKKE kan betjenes, før den er tilbage på normal temperatur, og lyset er blevet slukket.
Service lys – maskinen kan fortsætte med at køre, men autoriseret servicepersonale skal kontaktes.
Spænding lys – dette lys angiver, at maskinen får tilført strøm.
MAN – angiver at maskinen er indstillet til manuel start. For at starte en sammenpresningscyklus, skal der trykkes på startknappen.
AUTO – angiver at maskinen er indstillet til automatisk start. Dette betyder, at maskinen automatisk vil starte en sammenpresning, når den øverste dør lukkes.
Nødstop – bruges når en sammenpresningscyklus skal stoppes straks.
Start – starter en sammenpresningscyklus (i forbindelse med manuel start).
Nedadgående pil – bruges til at sænke pressepladen. Pressepladen stopper UNDER TRYK mod ballen i sin nederste position (i forbindelse med manuel fjernelse af balle).
Opadgående pil – bruges til at hæve pressepladen til sin normale position.
Papir – angiver at maskinen er indstillet til højt tryk for sammenpresning af papir og pap.
Plastik – angiver at maskinen er indstillet til lavt tryk for sammenpresning af plastik. Se mere under Tekniske data.
Balle størrelse – angiver den valgte ballestørrelse (lille - medium - stor).
